If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.



You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, you must have an unused inventory item, be in the same condition that was received and in the original packaging. If it’s a print on demand or customized piece that had a printing issue such as (incorrect color, cut incorrectly or any other production issue) an image an explanation of the problem must be sent to email or by submitting a support issue under the contact us tab form on the site for review.

If it’s a user error issue where the wrong quantity was ordered, the incorrect information was filled out in a customized item such as (name, address, phone, email, etc.) this does not qualify as a refund or return policy since each user needs to review and approve their order before submitting. A new order will need to be placed by user with corrections. If there’re any exceptions these will be reviewed and approved by administration.

If your company is setup for the event program; a damage report and return label is sent with each order. Once we receive item back with paperwork, Niunji Design will check for any damages and return item back into inventory for next order. An email will be sent out that the return has been processed on our end.



Once we receive your item or image with explanation of issue; we will inspect it and notify of the options. We reserve the right to correct the mistake before a refund is issued by re-shipping an inventory product or re-printing any print on demand items for any production mistakes listed under the returns description.

  • If a refund is to be issued, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or re-print process.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
